With a solid oxide fuel cell of the new CeO2 variety coupled to a microturbine this car could get 400 mpg on any liquid fuel. Destruction of Earth's climate as we know it could be stopped with this technology.

Well you already are driving yours d. Congratulations again! When is Gates going to order a billion dollars worth of these new batteries and donate them to the cities that signed on to the plan to buy plugin hybrids?
