Could you maybe get together with middle eastern leaders, and european leaders, and try to get them to collaborate with our solar and wind industries?

Aramco, the Saudi oil giant wants to go solar, maybe ME leaders would like to see the Fertile Crescent become fertile again with wind, wave, and solar powered cloud formation and desalinization technologies.

They have the money, we gave them in return for oil, we have the technology. If a stable economic transition from the age of oil to the age of renewables, beneficial to all, was designed, I believe our oil problems could be solved. And our energy and water problems and maybe even our climate problem.

To quote Elvis, "What's so funny 'bout peace love and understanding?" I think the people on this part of the planet could come to an agreement with the people in the other parts of the planet. If our governments and cultural elements would please come along?

Water is profitable, so is electricity. Aramco wants to be in the solar and wind business and making the Fertile Crescent fertile has obvious benefits in terms of agriculture and food independence.

I propose producing water and electricity for profit, then using the surplus wind/wave power capacity for cloud formation weather engineering.

Could mountain glaciers that feed water to 100s of millions of people and their crops be replenished with this sort of weather engineering?
