Penn evidently was caught lobbying for the Columbian government for a free trade agreement, and now he must go. Why? Because "lunch pail" democrats oppose free trade agreements like NAFTA. And Hill has decided her last hope resides with them.
But of course her real last hope was the caucus states that she ceded to Barack months ago. Who designed that "strategery" (sic, another sick twisting of the language by the duuuh..bya)? Was it Penn that decided to hand the election to Barack by ignoring the caucus states?
Where was Bill after Iowa? Didn't the "comeback kid" think to warn Hillary at that juncture that giving up on caucus states was dangerous? How about Carville? He's willing to assasinate Richardson's character (judas?) for deserting Hillary, now when it's too late to help. But why didn't he make a ruckus when the idea to give up caucuses was first hatched?
The problem with Hillary is she was the one who should have spotted the problem with her campaign after Barack swept the Iowa caucuses. She should have fired someone then.
Bill and Chelsea should have been pressed into service at that point to rally teams of caucus volunteers. Loyal Clintonistas would have rushed into the fray in caucus states had Bill held even 30 minute meetings in local areas. Instead the fat cats running Hill's campaign decided she did not need caucus state delegates to win.
All politics is local. This is politicking 101. You ignored that Hillary, at your peril. Since the desperate smear and cheat tactics have further destroyed your campaign, we all face the peril of this election without our strongest ticket. Barack and Hillary running together.
