It seems that scammers are using twitter, "I'm schocked!", hehey.  oner pgishing scam mentioned is a fake twitter login page, from which they collect your password and take over your twitter account. Beware! If you have a feeling you have been "phished" in, just change your password.

Here is an excellent analysis and discusion of twitter search problems. Twitter evidently needs a bigger partner to buy it up?  Let's hope it's google.  Or maybe google could just invent a social networking version of itself?  This would allow google to (once again) tap into a huge data/user stream without investing in any one social networking site.

I predicted that google will be the billing/switching software site for smart grid applications, is this social networking search engine suggestion a precursor for this huge new business model?  It might be. Imagine the smart grid internet computer in your home/car searching google smart grid to connect with buyers/sellers of electricty? 

Search always has been the motive force behind computing (think of the disc operating system searching your hard drive right now), that will continue, and it is the fundamental feature of  the hive mind.  Information sharing.  Bees that have found nectar, dance it's location out to their cohorts.  Bee tweets showing the way to the sweet flowers?  Yep.
