Frankly, I am not sure what all the slap is about Nuclear Power to begin with. I have lived the biggest part of my life{ 40 of my 55 year} within about 6 miles as the crow flies of one of the oldest reactors. {Dresden power plant in Illinois}. I don';t glow in the dark and am in reasonable heatlh for someone who smoked for the better part of that time.
