Thanks for the quote! It's a great one. I have recently come to the conclusion that weather control will be necessary to avoid climate disaster. It seems too drastic, but cloud formation is a more benign way that seems like it could work. Imagine 2 or 3 times the snow that is falling annually now on tundra and ice caps and glaciers. Would that halt run away climate change? I think so.
