It is! Going in 5 times tonight, it's warm now, 20 degrees. it was around 5 degrees when that picture was taken. My record is 3 and 1/2 minutes in the icehole, with yoga breathing of course. And a very hot sauna, 180 degrees. The rumor is that at 5 minutes your body goes limp and someone has to lift you out. We'll see, one of these times, hehey.
